Fees

Fees are freely agreed between the lawyer and the client.

Our firm’s practice is to establish fees in consideration of the client’s interests, the complexity of the issues to be dealt with and the reality of the work to be carried out, 

We can offer several ways of determining our fees:  

• Time-based billing, based on the number of hours spent on the case and at an hourly rate agreed in advance with the client

• A lump-sum fee covering all the work carried out by the firm’s lawyers (meetings, file analysis, telephone interviews, correspondence, drafting of legal documents, pleading hearings, etc.)

• Flat-rate fee plus a contingency fee (percentage of sums obtained or saved by the client), if the nature of the case allows it

• Monthly or quarterly lump-sum fee as part of a subscription based on the client’s needs

In the interests of trust and transparency, these terms and conditions are agreed with the client prior to any assistance, in a fee agreement.
