After completing post-graduate diplomas in European business law at Assas-University and in tax law at la Sorbonne, Vanessa took the oath in 2007 and joined KPMG’s tax firm (Fidal direction internationale), where she dealt with technical international tax issues.
In 2010, she moved to Hong Kong and joined Lefevre Pelletier (LPA Law). On her return to France, she set up her own firm specialized in tax law, working in partnership with international accounting firms and networks (RBI, PKF, Ecovis).
Vanessa works for groups of companies in support of their finance departments and their executives, both in corporate tax matters and in transactional (tax audits) or contentious/pre-contentious tax matters.
She also has extensive experience in personal and estate taxation, enabling her to support her clients (executives, entrepreneurs, employees, retirees) by providing cross-functional solutions, notably on the subjects of impatriation/expatriation, estate structuring, inheritance planning, and reporting obligations (personal income tax, wealth tax, 3% tax, trust).
She is particularly active in the real estate and luxury sectors.
Vanessa is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the Association Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises (ACE). She is a regular contributor to the “Doing Business” guide published annually by the World Bank.
